PurOtecs Ozone Generator (PDF)

Our industrial ozone generators and application equipment combine the best available micro gap corona discharge technology with PLC control and monitoring. The ozone output level is precisely controlled by the integrated PLC controller. Ozone produced by corona discharge is generated by passing a stream of dry oxygen carrying gas through a micro gap high voltage field. Ozone is produced at up to 10% by weight or 4 pounds per day by each ozone generating module. The equipment is designed as a complete stand alone ozone generating system, including the oil free dry air/oxygen preparation, ozone generating modules, and the PLC controller with color touch screen operator interface that continuously displays the status of the entire ozone generator. The ozone contacting or mixing equipment is assembled from standard devices to meet the exact process requirements. Installation requires an electric power connection and connecting the ozone output to the application.
